1. Agreement
By creating an account, signing in, or using Pedagix.ai, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The service
Pedagix.ai provides AI-assisted conversational assessments, personality-style summaries, coaching, and optional employer tools (team visibility, hiring insights). Outputs are informational and for development and workplace collaboration — not clinical, psychological, or employment decisions by themselves.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- We may suspend accounts for abuse, non-payment, or legal requirements.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Consumer premium features and company seats are billed via Stripe under the prices shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel renewal from your account settings; access continues through the end of the paid period.
All sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or transfers of accounts, subscriptions, seat credits, or prepaid periods are offered or allowed under any circumstances, except where mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the platform.
- Upload unlawful, harassing, or discriminatory content.
- Misrepresent identity or impersonate others.
- Use outputs as the sole basis for unlawful discrimination in hiring or employment.
6. Employer & candidate programs
Companies inviting employees or candidates are responsible for their own compliance (employment law, fair hiring, notices to staff). Candidates and employees must complete in-product consent before employer-visible insights are generated.
7. Intellectual property
We own the platform, branding, and underlying technology. You retain rights in your interview responses; you grant us a license to process them to provide the service. AI-generated summaries are provided to you under these Terms.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI OUTPUTS MAY BE INACCURATE OR INCOMPLETE.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PEDAGIX.AI AND ITS SUPPLIERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or modify the service with notice where reasonable. Sections that by nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive termination.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Pedagix.ai is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive venue unless local law requires otherwise.
